Abstract:

?近年来人们对全球变化尤其是对气候变暖及其机制的争论达到了前所未有的程度.本文对气候变化研究的最新进展和国内外动态进行了梳理,得出如下观点和结论:(1)全球变暖是客观事实,但由于多种原因,全球升温多少存在不确定性;(2)人类活动和自然因素共同影响着气候变化,但其相对贡献量难以量化;(3)政府间气候变化专门委员会(IPCC)认为CO2等温室气体浓度的增加是全球变暖的主要因素,但学术界对此有异议,因为作用于温度变化的自然和人为机制并不十分明确,大气中CO2的来源也存在不确定性.因此,在得出准确结论之前,需要加大力度研究和明确这些不确定性.
