Abstract:

以野生大豆和栽培大豆为材料,通过测定大豆叶片的光合和荧光参数,分析了短期NaCl胁迫下野生大豆和栽培大豆光合功能的变化。结果表明:当NaCl浓度大于40mmolL-1时,大豆叶片的光合速率开始下降,而其羧化效率的下降可能是导致光合速率下降的一个主要因素;此外,NaCl短期胁迫下,大豆叶片光系统II的受体侧受到了较重伤害。野生大豆能够维持相对较高的羧化效率和光系统II活性,对NaCl胁迫有较强的抗性,是改良和提高栽培大豆抗逆性的优良资源。
