皮江法炼镁能源利用方案的环境影响

Abstract:

根据生命周期理论及技术框架,基于3种能源利用的生产方案,对目前中国皮江法炼镁的环境负荷进行定量分析和评价.研究表明.冶炼过程使用的燃料是皮江法炼镁污染物排放的主要来源,其环境负荷主要体现在温室效应和酸化效应.皮江法炼镁采用不同能源利用方案产生的环境负荷存在较大差别,其中直接燃煤生产单位原镁(方案1)的总体环境负荷最大;采用发生炉煤气的总体环境负荷与方案1相比下降9.3%;采用焦炉煤气的总体环境负荷则下降29.5%.
