GATo-3推进剂的烤燃实验

Abstract:

采用自行设计的一种烤燃实验装置,开展了不同老化程度的GATo-3推进剂的热安全性研究。实验得到了GATo-3推进剂在不同实验条件下的自点火温度和自燃延滞期。计算得到了相关动力学参数, 并分析了实验现象及规律。结果表明,GATo-3推进剂的自点火温度约为130 ℃,活化能为147.66 kJ·mol-1,指前因子为2.72×1015 s-1。在不同环境温度下,GATo-3推进剂的点火温度基本保持不变,但其自燃延滞期和剧烈程度不同。温度越高,自燃延滞期越短, 且响应程度更剧烈。随着贮存时间的延长,安定剂含量降低,热分解速率加快,自燃延滞期变短
