Abstract:

为提高不稳定化合物1-氨基-1-肼基-2,2-二硝基乙烯(AHDNE)的稳定性,进行了AHDNE的包合研究。通过紫外吸收光谱研究,发现对叔丁基(对硝基)杯[n]芳烃(n=4,6,8)及β-(硝化)环糊精(β-CD和β-NCD)与AHDNE在溶液中存在包合作用。确定了包合物的化学计量比和稳定配合常数。结果表明,包合比为11,硝化后的主体分子与AHDNE的稳定配合常数比未硝化主体分子高数十倍。对硝基杯[6]芳烃和β-NCD与AHDNE的配合常数达2×104以上。主客体化合物、包合物和物理混合物的X-射线衍射分析证实包合物的形成。β-NCD/AHDNE包合物的感度低于AHDNE和β-NCD的感度。
