Abstract: 随着卷烟市场的个性化需求的增长,异型规格卷烟产品的需求逐渐增加。国内对卷烟异型包装设备的研究也逐渐深入。在卷烟异型包装设备的设计过程中,对卷烟内包拾取传递的设计必不可少。现有技术对于内包的传递主要采用多工位递进,在完成内包折叠的同时实现其传递,这种方式效率高但大多只能适应于指定规格的卷烟内包,当生产的卷烟产品需要做多规格转换时,则难以满足要求。本文通过模块化设计,引入柔性推送机构和内包模盒的设计,提供了一种异型多规格卷烟内包拾取传递装置,能够兼容多种规格卷烟内包的拾取传递工艺,满足不同规格内包生产快速切换的要求。
With the growth of personalized demand in the cigarette market, the demand for special-shaped cigarette products has gradually increased. Domestic research on cigarette special-shaped pack-aging equipment is also gradually deepening. In the design process of cigarette special-shaped packaging equipment, it is necessary to design the pick-up and delivery of cigarette inner package. The existing technology mainly adopts multi-station progressive transmission of the inner package, and realizes its transmission while completing the inner package folding. This method is highly efficient, but most of it can only be adapted to the specified specifications of the cigarette inner package. When the cigarette products produced need to do multi-specification conversion, it is difficult to meet the requirements. In this paper, by introducing the design of flexible push mechanism and inner mold box, a special shape multi-specification pick-up and transfer device for cigarette inner package is provided, which can be compatible with the pick-up and transfer process of various specifications of cigarette inner package and meet the requirements of quick switching in different specifications of inner package production.

Abstract: 随着卷烟市场的个性化需求的增长,异型包装的卷烟产品的销量逐渐增加。异型包装卷烟规格包括烟支直径、长度与单包烟支数量与排列方式的不同。烟支直径分类:粗支Φ > 7.8 mm、中支Φ 6~7.3 mm、细支Φ 5.4~6 mm、超细支Φ < 5.4 mm,烟支长度分类:超长支、长支、正常长度、中支、短支,长度在45~120 mm范围内,单盒烟支数量:5、10、16、20支等。不同的烟支直径、长度与单包烟支数量与排列方式就导致其小盒包装的商标尺寸规格不同,在卷烟异型包装生产设备的设计开发中,商标的拾取、输送装置的设计必不可少,而且商标的拾取、输送装置需要能满足不同尺寸规格商标快速切换的要求。目前传统的卷烟生产设备,各个机构与传动链固定,要实现商标尺寸规格的转换,需要对设备商标拾取、输送部分整个模块及相关传动链进行改动,费用高、操作繁琐,不能满足不同规格商标之间快速切换的要求。同时,商标的喷胶、压钢印分别独立完成,其传输过程中需要投入大量的人力搬运,从而导致生产加工效率低,人力成本高。本文针对上述问题,提供一种能够简单、便捷的异型多规格卷烟产品的商标拾取、输送、喷胶、压钢印于一体的装置。
With the growth of personalized demand in the cigarette market, the sales of special-shaped packaging cigarette products have gradually increased. The specifications of shaped packaging cigarettes include the diameter and length of cigarettes and the number and arrangement of ciga-rettes in a single pack. Cigarette diameter classification: Thick branch Φ > 7.8 mm, medium branch Φ 6~7.3 mm, fine branch Φ 5.4~6 mm, ultra-fine branch Φ < 5.4 mm, cigarette length classification: Super long branch, long branch, normal length, medium branch, short branch, length in the range of 45~120 mm, the number of single box of cigarettes: 5, 10, 16, 20, etc. Different cigarette diameters, lengths, and the number and arrangement of single packs of cigarettes lead to different trademark size specifications of small box packaging. In the design and development of cigarette shaped packaging production equipment, the design of trademark picking and conveying device is essential, and the trademark picking and conveying device needs to meet the requirements of rapid switching of different size specifications of trademarks. At present, the traditional cigarette production equipment, each mechanism and the transmission chain are fixed, in order to achieve the conversion of trademark size specifications, it is necessary to change the whole module of the equipment trademark picking and conveying part and the related transmission chain, which is high cost and cumbersome operation, and can not meet the requirements of rapid switching between different specifications of trademarks. At the same time, the spray and stamping of trademarks are completed independently, and a lot of manpower is needed to handle them in the transmission process, resulting in low production and processing efficiency and high labor costs. Aiming at the above problems, this paper provides a simple and convenient device that can pick up, transport, spray glue and press steel marks of different shaped and multi-specification cigarette products.

与cmos热兼容的cram存储元结构研究

Abstract: ?从硫属相变存储器cram(chalcogenide-basedphase-changeram)的存储原理出发,建立存储元一维多层热传导结构模型。根据存储元的读写功能需求及其与cmos驱动电路实现热兼容的条件,确定3个临界参数:相变材料熔化温度tm、相变的临界区域xc、cmos驱动电路能承受的临界温度tc。合理设定边界条件,利用差分法编程求解多层热传导方程得出温度分布曲线图。在临界参数的限制下,通过选择调整存储元的电极、隔热层、相变层的材料尺寸,并使用加热层对相变层进行加热,设计出的cram存储元结构模型不仅满足了cram存储元的存储读写要求,而且首次实现了cram存储元与cmos电路的热兼容。

Abstract:
对大花独蒜兰种子无菌萌发进行了研究,建立了一套大花独蒜兰组织培养的快速繁殖体系,并初步对大花独蒜兰幼苗期的栽培基质进行了筛选。以大花独蒜兰的种子为外植体,研究了6-BA和2,4-D两种激素不同质量浓度配比对大花独蒜兰小苗形成和生长的影响,并将发育较好的原球茎分别栽培于水苔、水苔和木屑、木屑与泥炭土的组合上,以确定较为适宜大花独蒜兰小苗生长的基质。结果表明:大花独蒜兰原球茎萌发生长最适培养基为1/2 MS + 1.0 mg/L 2,4-D + 1.0 mg/L 6-BA, PH5.8。幼苗生长较适宜的栽培基质为带透明盖的育苗箱 + 2~4 mm木屑:泥炭土(1:1)。
The aseptic germination of Pleione grandiflora seeds was studied, a set of rapid propagation system for tissue culture was established, and the culture medium at seedling stage was screened. Using the seeds of Pleione grandiflora as explants, the effects of different concentrations of 6-BA and 2,4-D on the formation and growth of seedlings were studied, and the well-developed protocorms were cultivated on water moss and the combination of water moss and sawdust, the combination of sawdust and peat soil respectively to determine the suitable substrate for the growth of seedlings. The results showed that the optimum medium for protocorm germination and growth was 1/2 MS+ 1.0 mg/L 2,4-D + 1. 0 mg/L 6-BA, PH 5.8. The suitable substrate for seedling growth was nursery box with transparent cover + 2~4 mm sawdust: peat soil (1:1).

Abstract: 随着我国网络支付的迅速发展,网络信贷平台在日常生活中初露头角,然而优质客源对网络信贷平台的发展至关重要。本文对某网络信贷平台的数据进行了分析和挖掘。首先,从客户贷款特征数据中对客户价值进行聚类分析,并针对可发展客户给出相应决策。其次,根据客户的借款类型数据,对客户等级进行重新评价,指明提高平台用户质量、数量的方向。最后,利用已认证客户的信息,研究已认证客户喜好的认证方式与客户属性的关系,按客户喜好推荐认证方式以提高客户的认证率,从而增加客户源的稳定性。综上,本文从三个方面进行了研究,对网络信贷平台的发展具有重要意义。
With the rapid development of online payment in China, online credit platforms are emerging in daily life. However, high-quality customer sources are crucial to the development of online credit platforms. This article analyzes and mines the data of an online credit platform. Firstly, the cluster-ing analysis of customer value is carried out from customer loan characteristic data, and the corre-sponding decision is given for the developing customer. Secondly, according to the type of loan data of customers, the level of customers is reevaluated, and the direction of improving the quality and quantity of platform users is pointed out. Finally, using the information of the certified customers, the relationship between the preferred authentication methods of the certified customers and the attributes of the customers is studied, and the authentication methods are recommended according to the preferences of the customers to improve the certification rate of the customers, so as to in-crease the stability of the customer source. The objective is to increase the customer’s authentica-tion rate and the stability of the customer source. In summary, this article conducts research in three aspects above, which is significant to the development of online credit platforms.
高强低摩TS―70D型固体自润滑滑道的摩擦实验研究

Abstract: 针对三峡工程永久船闸事故检修闸门实际工况,研制出TS-70D钉板-塑料固体自润滑复合材料滑道,通过滑道模拟试验,测定了这种滑道的布氏硬度及其在干摩擦和水润滑2种条件下的动、静摩擦系数与承载力的关系,并考察了TS-70D型滑道摩擦的时间效应。试验结果表明,TS-70D型滑道承载力大,摩擦系数小而且稳定,可满足类似三峡工程工况的应用要求。
构建反洗钱会计的理论基础

Abstract: 反洗钱会计是为反洗钱机构提供充分、及时、准确的情报信息并对反洗钱活动进行收益成本核算的应用学科,其宗旨是为反洗钱活动服务。政府应该发挥主导作用,依法进行反洗钱,建立权力制约权力、权力制衡权力的反洗钱会计信息系统。反洗钱的实质是打破洗钱形成的利益关系格局,反洗钱制度应该剥夺洗钱及其衍生的各种非法利益,反洗钱会计信息系统的构建应该有利于合法权益的保护。构建反洗钱会计并以此为基础建立洗钱亏损而反洗钱盈利的运行机制,这是提高反洗钱效率的关键。  【关键词】反洗钱会计政治学法学经济学反洗钱工作的成败取决于反洗钱信息的完全性和及时性。情报信息由谁来提供以及怎样提供成为当前反洗钱工作急需解决的难题。现在,企业、商业银行以及财政、税务、工商、海关、外汇管理、金融机构、司法机关等众多反洗钱相关机构缺少有效的协调衔接机制,缺乏统一的信息收集与甄别系统,也不能提供系统的洗钱犯罪信息,使我国的反洗钱工作成效不显著。反洗钱会计能够提供充分、及时、准确的情报信息。实际上,在洗钱活动中,其资金的来源、去向等都会留下相应的痕迹。会计系统可以把原来分散于不同行业、不同部门、不同地区的有关洗钱犯罪资金情报信息统一协调起来,可以促成信息情报主导式的反洗钱工作机制。反洗钱会计也对反洗钱活动进行收益成本核算,有利于调动反洗钱机构的积极性,提高反洗钱效率。本文从政治学、法学和经济学三个角度对构建反洗钱会计的理论基础进行探讨。
