Abstract: 【摘要】近年来,双能量CT心脏成像在国内外的研究逐渐增多,双能量CT虚拟单能谱成像可减少高密度对比剂所致的X线束硬化伪影,碘图则能反映心肌微循环状况,相对于SPECT和DSA,双能量CT能便捷地提供更丰富的临床信息。本文主要对双能量CT在冠心病中的临床应用进展进行综述

Abstract: 为更好地推进双高计划,并实现内蒙古高职院校公共体育课程思政的有效优化和改革,本研究以高等职业学校公共体育课程为例,探究课程思政在公共体育课程的发展情况。研究发现目前公共体育课程还需要进一步挖掘课程所蕴含的思政元素,提高体育教师的思政教育教学能力和提升学生对课程思政的认知程度。同时,加强校园体育文化建设,借助校园体育文化渗透思政元素,来推动公共体育课程思政的实施,实现高职院校体育课程在双高计划下的发展。
In order to better promote the double-high plan and realize the effective optimization and reform of the ideological and political courses of public physical education in higher vocational colleges in Inner Mongolia, this study takes the public physical education courses of higher vocational schools as an example to explore the development of ideological and political courses in public physical education courses. The study found that the current public physical education courses still need to further explore the ideological and political elements contained in the courses, improve the ideo-logical and political education teaching capabilities of physical education teachers and enhance students’ awareness of the ideological and political courses. At the same time, we should strengthen the construction of campus sports culture and use campus sports culture to penetrate ideological and political elements to promote the implementation of ideological and political courses in public sports and realize the development of physical education courses in higher vocational colleges under the double-high plan.
双源螺旋CT大螺距Flash模式在肺动脉CTA成像技术中的应用

Abstract: 目的:探讨双源螺旋CT大螺距Flash模式、时间-密度曲线测试技术在肺动脉CT成像(computertomographypulmonaryangiography,CTPA)中运用的可行性。方法:将拟行CTPA检查的60例患者随机分为2组。对照组采用单源常规模式扫描,对比剂示踪技术。实验组采用双源大螺距Flash模式扫描,时间-密度曲线测试技术。对比剂均采用400mgI/ml碘迈伦,其余扫描参数均相同。扫描结束后,将原始数据传至后处理工作站进行处理,分别采用图像质量评分及CT值、对比噪声比评价图像质量。结果:实验组及对照组共60例病人均成功完成CTPA检查,2组一般资料如性别、年龄、身高、体质量均无明显统计学差异(P值分别为0.752,0.605,0.319,0.523);实验组对比噪声比高于对照组(P值分别为0.028,0.030,0.001,0.012,0.020),2组肺动脉干、左右上肺动脉、左右下肺动脉CT值均无统计学差异(P值分别为0.362,0.986,0.373,0.584,0.931),实验组升主动脉、左右上肺静脉、左右下肺静脉CT值均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P值分别为0.000,0.001,0.000,0.003,0.000),且实验组的图像质量评分优于对照组(χ2=12.25,P=0.016;χ2=7.53,P=0.023);实验组对比剂用量(24mlvs.50ml)和辐射剂量[(5.27±1.94)mSvvs.7.30±2.73)mSv]低于对照组(P=0.011),实验组扫描时间明显短于对照组[(0.94±0.07)svs.(4.71±0.37)s,P=0.000]。结论:在CTPA检查中,双源CT大螺距Flash模式、时间-密度曲线测试技术不仅能采集到理想的肺动脉影像,而且降低了患者的辐射剂量及对比剂用量,还有效缩短了患者的屏气时间。
双源双能量CT心肌灌注扫描的单能量成像对线束硬化伪影的校正研究

Abstract: 目的观察双能量CT心肌灌注成像中线束硬化伪影(beam-hardening,BH)的好发部位,比较不同单能量成像对线束硬化伪影的校正效果和图像质量。方法对84例需行心脏CT增强检查的拟诊或确诊冠心病患者进行双源双能量CT(100kVp/Sn140kVp)心肌灌注扫描,特殊软件后处理得到心肌碘分布图和65、75、85、95、105keV单能量图像,以自动生成的M图像(平均加权混合120kV)为对照,观察线束硬化伪影的发生部位和数量,根据心肌碘含量、CT值、图像背景噪声(SD)、信噪比(SNR)、对比噪声比(CNR)和图像质量评分综合评价心肌单能量成像价值。结果65keV单能量图像伪影计数为274,随着能量增加,伪影计数逐渐减少(P<0.05);左心室的基底段伪影最明显(36.5%,100/274),其次为间隔壁(25.91%)、上腔静脉旁段(24.82%)、后壁(12.77%)(P<0.05);心肌伪影区碘含量(-2.37±0.84)mg/g低于非伪影区碘含量(3.5±0.92)mg/g(t=-19.36,P<0.01);85keV的非伪影心肌CT值(93.52±18.52)HU与120kV[(96.06±16.32)HU]最接近,CT值的组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);85keV的SD最小(12.98±3.16,P<0.01),非伪影心肌的SNR:75keV(6.89±1.79)与85keV(6.5±1.7)较高,二者无明显差别(t=1.5,P=0.14),CNR:75keV最高(18.79±6.76,P<0.01),85keV(15.4±5.67)与65keV(15.53±4.56)之间无明显差别(t=0.27,P=0.79);图像质量评分:85keV最高,两名诊断医师对六组图像进行评分,结果高度一致(Kappa=0.79,P<0.01)。结论左心室的基底段、间隔壁和上腔静脉旁易出现线束硬化伪影;正常心肌密度在85keV与混合能量120kV最接近,85keV能在最有效纠正线束硬化伪影的同时保证较好的图像质量。
牦牛肌原纤维蛋白与热改性大豆分离蛋白共凝胶条件的优化

Abstract: 牦牛肉是纯天然食品原料,然而牦牛肉蛋白资源的开发利用不够,特别是利用质构重组技术将牦牛肉中的肌原纤维蛋白和大豆分离蛋白用于开发凝胶产品鲜见研究报道。本研究以牦牛肌原纤维蛋白(myofibrillar proteinisolate,MPI)与热改性大豆分离蛋白(soybean protein isolate,SPI)为原料,分别采用单因素试验和正交试验设计,研究SPI-MPI溶液体积比、SPI热改性温度、离子强度和转谷氨酰胺酶(TGase)用量对共凝胶硬度、弹性和持水性的影响。单因素试验结果表明:改变4 个因素条件均能显著地提高热改性SPI-MPI溶液的凝胶性能,各因素对共凝胶特性综合指标影响的主次顺序为SPI-MPI溶液体积比>TG用量>离子强度>SPI热改性温度。正交试验结果表明形成共凝胶的最优条件是:SPI-MPI溶液体积比1∶9、SPI热改性温度100 ℃、TG用量50 U/g、不添加镁离子

Abstract:
本文采用因子分析法对18所高等院校教学情况进行评价,改善了以往教学评价方法中主观因素较多的局限,具有较强的客观性。研究结果表明师资与教学效果是高等学校教学评价的关键性指标,学校要获得好的评价结果,就必须要加强高校的人才梯队培养、积极鼓励学生参加科技创新活动等。
This article takes the empirical analysis on 18 colleges and universities teaching evaluation based on factor analysis, eliminating the subjectivity in traditional teaching evaluation and improving objectiveness. Research results suggest that faculty and teaching effects are the key factors, and to get good result, the colleges and universities should strengthen the construction of person echelon and encourage students to take part in innovation activities etc.

Abstract:
当前,在科教兴国的指导下,我国的教育不断发展进步。教育实习是师范专业教育的重要组成部分,有助于实习学生了解中小学体育的特点。此外,新课程标准的实施和素质教育的推进,给教育实践带来了新的机遇和挑战,对教育实践提出了更高的要求。因此,本论文把内蒙古师范大学体育学院2016级体育教育专业本科生作为研究对象,采用文献资料法、访谈法对实习学生以及实习学校进行了访谈调查分析,分别在呼和浩特市、鄂尔多斯等学校进行了实地考察,得出本届实习期间所遇到的问题,并为所发现的问题提出可行性建议。
At present, under the guidance of rejuvenating the country through science and education, our education continues to develop and progress. Educational practice is an important part of normal professional education, which is helpful for students to understand the characteristics of physical education in primary and secondary schools. In addition, in the implementation of the new curric-ulum standards and the promotion of quality education, it brings new opportunities and challenges to educational practice, and puts forward higher requirements for educational practice. Therefore, this paper takes the 2016 undergraduate students of physical education major of Inner Mongolia normal University, Physical Education College as the research object, uses the literature method, and the interview method to carry on the interview investigation analysis to the practice student and the practice school, has carried on the field inspection in Hohhot city, Ordos and other schools respectively, obtains the present practice period the question, and puts forward the feasibility suggestion for the discovered question.
厦门市2013-2017年手足口病发病与气象因素影响分析

Abstract: 目的 研究厦门市气象因素对手足口病发病的影响,为手足口病的预警预测和防控提供科学依据。方法 采用R3.4.3软件对2013-2017年厦门市日平均本站气压、日平均相对湿度、日平均气温、日照时数等气象因素资料和日手足口病发病数进行相关分析和分布滞后非线性模型分析。结果 厦门市2013-2017年共报告手足口病36 464例,发病数呈上升趋势(F=40.359,P=0.008)。日平均相对湿度、日平均气温和日照时数与手足口病发病呈正相关(r>0),日平均本站气压与手足口病发病呈负相关(r<0)。在滞后0~5 d的情况下,日平均本站气压>1 005 hPa时,随着气压的增高,手足口病发病风险逐渐增加;发病风险随着滞后天数的增加而减弱;气压为1 017 hPa滞后0 d时发病风险最高(RR=1.14,95% CI:0.67~1.94)。相对湿度>95%时,随着相对湿度增加,手足口病发病风险逐渐增加,滞后时间分布在0~10 d,以第4、5天最为明显,相对湿度为100%滞后5 d时发病风险最高(RR=1.32,95% CI:1.02~1.71)。>28℃和<8℃时对手足口病发病都是危险因素,但滞后时间不一致,低温时滞后15~20 d相对危险度最高,而高温时滞后时间主要分布在5~15 d,以日平均气温28℃滞后4 d发病风险最高(RR=1.10,95% CI:0.94~1.29)。日照时数较长时(>12 h)滞后0~3 d对手足口病发病呈现危险性,其中日照均数13 h滞后0 d发病风险最大(RR=1.20,95% CI:1.05~1.36)。结论 日平均本站气压、日平均相对湿度、日平均气温、日照时数等气象因素与厦门市手足口病发病相关,且具有一定的滞后性,可以考虑纳入手足口病预警预测体系

Abstract:
为了实现各种有趣的应用,获得由微结构组成的超材料的有效参数是十分必要的。这个工作提出了一个双各向异性超材料16个有效参数反演的实验方法。我们从理论上提出了有效参数和散射矩阵之间的联系,并完成了散射矩阵的实验测量。我们也通过十字形结构和万字形结构证明了这种反演方法的有效性。相比之前的实验反演方法,我们所提出的方法更具普适性,可以用于任何平面结构。
In order to realize various intriguing applications by metamaterials, it is essential to obtain the effective parameters of the micro-structures composing metamaterials. In this paper, we propose an experimental method to retrieve all of the 16 effective parameters of planar bi-anisotropic metamaterials. The relationship between the scattering matrix and the effective parameters is theoretically proposed and the experimental measurement for the scattering matrix is accomplished. We also show the validity of our retrieval method using two microstructures: the cross and the “wan” shaped microstructures. Compared with previous proposed experimental retrieval methods, our experimental method is more universal and can be applicable to any planar structures.
甜瓜抗白粉病鉴定

Abstract: 利用风媒接种方法在空调温室初步鉴定了8份甜瓜一代杂种品种和12份甜瓜地方品种对白粉病菌的抗性。结果表明,8份一代杂种品种均高度感病,在12份地方品种资源中,1份资源宁夏厚皮甜瓜免疫白粉病;1份资源河套密瓜存在免疫株系和感病株系;而其它均感病。这说明地方品种群体蕴藏着对改良甜瓜品种抗病性有潜在应用价值的基因资源。
