不同施肥方式下土壤颗粒稳定性及其对四环素吸附能力的影响

Abstract: [目的] 针对不同施肥方式的农田,分析土壤胶体的稳定性及其对四环素的吸附能力,探讨四环素在土壤中的胶体运移性变化。[方法] 设置不施肥对照(CK)、单施化肥(NPK)和施用有机肥(OF)3种处理,湿筛沉降法筛分制备0.053~2 mm,0.002~0.053 mm和<0.002 mm (土壤胶体)3个粒径组土壤颗粒,采用静置沉降和动态激光散射技术分析土壤颗粒的分散稳定性,探讨不同电解质条件下土壤胶体的凝聚动力学,用zeta电位测定仪测定不同电解质溶液下土壤胶体表面电位的变化。最后,通过吸附动力学和等温吸附试验分析不同粒径组土壤颗粒对四环素的吸附能力。[结果] CK处理中土壤胶体含量最高,且更容易凝聚,稳定性最差;施用有机肥显著提高了土壤中大颗粒(0.053~2 mm)含量,减少了土壤胶体的释放。土壤胶体临界凝絮浓度从大到小的处理分别为OF、NPK、CK。土壤颗粒对四环素的吸附能力在OF处理中最强;土壤胶体对四环素的吸附能力均远大于其他粒径的土壤颗粒和原土。[结论] 施用有机肥更有利于土壤大颗粒的形成,未团聚土壤胶体粒级更小,zeta电位更负,在水体中稳定性更强,对四环素的吸附能力也更强。因此,施用有机肥可有效减少土壤中胶体的释放,并能提高胶体在水体中的稳定性及对污染物四环素的吸附,从而影响污染物四环素在土壤中的分布和迁移。
[Objectives] The aim of this study was to analyze the stability of soil colloid and its ability to adsorb tetracycline from farmland soil under different fertilizations which aims to provide a theoretical basis for clarifying the colloid facilated-migration of tetracycline in soil.[Methods] The soil particles were divided into three fractions:0.053-2 mm, 0.002-0.053 mm and <0.002 mm (soil colloid), respectively. The soil fertilization treatments were without fertilization (CK), chemical fertilizers only (NPK)and organic manure (OF). The dispersion stability of different soil colloids was analyzed by combination of static sedimentation method and dynamic light scattering technique. The kinetics of soil colloid under different electrolyte conditions was investigated. The effect of different electrolyte solutions on the surface potential of soil colloid was determined by zeta potential analyzer. Finally, the adsorption capacity, kinetics and isotherm of tetracycline on soil with different particle size were analyzed by batch adsorption method.[Results] The application of organic manure could significantly increase the content of large aggregates in soil and decrease the release of colloid. The released colloid content was highest in CK. The colloid in CK was easier to deposit and possessed the lowest stability. The critical coagulation concentration of soil colloid was in the order of OF, NPK and CK, indicating that the application of organic fertilizer will increase the soil colloid in the water. The addition of electrolyte could reduce the absolute value of zeta potential for the soil colloid, and then promote the soil colloid coagulation. The adsorption capacity of tetracycline in the soil in OF treatment was higher than other treatments. Among various particle sizes, soil colloid had the highest adsorption capacity towards tetracycline.[Conclusions] The application of chemical fertilizers and organic fertilizers could reduce the release of soil colloid. Abstract: 利用1-乙烯基-3-己基咪唑溴盐与氧化石墨烯之间的静电吸引力,将其附着于氧化石墨烯表面,然后经聚合、还原,制备了聚合离子液体-石墨烯复合材料,用SEM、FT-IR、UV-vis等对复合材料进行了表征.将聚合离子液体-石墨烯复合材料用于固相萃取(Solid-phaseextraction,SPE)的吸附剂,结合高效液相色谱,研究了此吸附剂对环境水样中4种有机磷农药的萃取性能.对影响SPE效率的参数(吸附剂量、上样体积、上样流速、洗脱剂和洗脱剂体积)进行了优化.在优化条件下,杀螟松、对硫磷、倍硫磷和辛硫磷在5~200μg/L有良好的线性关系,相关系数(R2)为0.9908~0.9995.将本方法用于环境水样中有机磷农药的测定,加标回收率在80.0%~110.0%之间,RSD<4.5%(n=3).结果表明,与石墨烯相比,聚合离子液体-石墨烯复合材料作为SPE吸附剂,能降低萃取过程中的团聚现象,对目标物的萃取效能更高;本方法可用于环境水样中有机磷农药残留的测定.

Abstract: 解释水平理论认为,自我–他人决策差异的出现是因为人们在对事物进行表征时具有不同的解释水平,而这种解释水平的不同是由于觉察者和目标之间的心理距离不同。本研究选择了心理距离的其中一个维度——时间距离,并探究了在不同时间距离和选项条件下,人们的决策是否存在认知偏好上的差异。实验一探究了时间距离对自我–他人决策差异的影响,实验二验证了在不同时间距离下,人们决策对象的不同会使得人们对“价值”和“可行性”两个维度的偏好不同。结果发现,在不同时间距离下,为自己决策和为他人决策之间存在差异,同一选项在时间距离较远时会具有较小的吸引力;当价值和可行性发生冲突时,决策对象的不同会使得人们在“价值–可行性”两个维度上的偏好不同,为他人决策的被试会更注重选项的价值,并且时间距离的延长也会使得被试更注重价值高的选项。这表明,时间距离是影响自我–他人决策偏好的重要因素。
As the construal level theory believes, the difference in self-other decision making occurs because people have different construal levels when representing things, and this difference is due to the psychological distance between the perceiver and the target. This research selects one of the psychological distance—temporal-distance, and explores whether there are differences in cognitive preferences in people’s decision-making under different time distances and options. Experiment 1 explored the influence of temporal-distance on self-other decision making differences. Experiment 2 verified that under different temporal distances, different decision-making subjects will lead to different preferences for the two dimensions of desirability and feasibility. The result shows that there is a difference between decision-making for oneself and for others at different time-distances, and the same option will have less attraction when the time-distance is much longer. When desirability and feasibility conflict, different decision-making subjects will make people have different preferences in the two dimensions of “desirability-feasibility”. Participants who make decisions for others will pay more attention to the value of options. With the time distance extends, the subjects pay more attention to the high-desirability options.

研究了不同浓度(0~0.30 mmol/L)的KH2PO4对盐生杜氏藻生长和细胞色素积累的影响,结果表明,添加0.10 mmol/L KH2PO4,细胞生长最快,最高密度为153 × 104 cell/mL,无磷对照组密度最低,仅为36 × 104 cell/mL;KH2PO4浓度为0.20 mmol/L时,β-胡萝卜素积累量最高,为12.8 mg/L,其次是0.15 mmol/L,对照组很低,仅为6.28 mg/L,KH2PO4超过0.25 mmol/L对β-胡萝卜素积累有抑制作用;适当添加KH2PO4对D. salina叶绿素a合成有促进作用;在培养的前6天,pH值明显上升,随后4~5天又下降;添加0.1 mmol/L KH2PO4细胞蛋白质含量最高,为37.34%,对照组仅为24.86%;0.10 mmol/L组的KH2PO4在6天内吸收完毕,KH2PO4吸收的时间与其最初的浓度呈正相关关系,建立了藻液中KH2PO4被盐生杜氏藻吸收的动力学方程。

Abstract: 基于2015年和2019年全国航班时刻表的国内航班数据及飞常准大数据平台,分析春秋航空的通航城市、航线的网络及其空间结构。结果表明,春秋航空通航机场主要聚集于东部地带、华东机场群,五年来,通航城市“东多西少、南多北少”的整体格局变化不大,航线航班的空间布局以上海为中心的集聚程度降低;通航机场数量、航线数量呈现增长态势,并以上海为中心向全国辐射,在石家庄、沈阳、扬州等地向周围散射的格局;航距明显变长,但平均通航航距有所减少。
Based on the domestic flights from national flight schedules and VariFlight’s big data platform of 2015 and 2019, this paper analyzes the navigable city, route network and spatial structure of Spring Airlines. It concludes that the navigable airports of Spring Airlines are mainly concentrated in the eastern region and the eastern China airfield complex. In the past five years, there is little changes in the overall pattern that is much more in the east and less in the west, much more in the south and less in the north. The spatial distribution of air routes and flights with Shanghai as the center is less concentrated. The number of navigable airports and air routes shows an increasing trend, and radiates to the whole country with Shanghai as the center, scattering around Shijiazhuang, Shenyang, Yangzhou and other places; the cruising distance is obviously longer, but the average cruising distance is reduced.

Abstract: 近年来新疆航空网络拓展非常迅速。探讨新疆航空网络的发展态势及演化规律,对其未来航空运输业的发展具有一定的理论和实践指导意义。依据2015年和2019年的新疆航线及航班运营信息数据,运用基于O-D联系网络的GIS空间分析法,分别从疆内、国内和国际三个尺度分析新疆航空网络的空间格局及其演变特征。研究结果表明:1) 疆内和国内航线联系大大增强且航班增长率非常高,而国际航线数量变化不大且航班的增长率非常低;2) 疆内航线网络具有从西北向东南扩张的趋势,北疆航线联系比南疆密切,全疆航线联系越来越紧密,乌鲁木齐发挥区域性枢纽的作用;3) 新疆已经基本实现了对国内各省省会及一二线城市航线的全覆盖,始终与北京、陕西、四川和河南保持着密切的航班交流;4) 新疆国外通航城市主要集中在中亚和西亚地区,近年来与东亚和东南亚地区的联系大大增强,但航线和航班总数变化不大。
In recent years, the development of Xinjiang aviation network is very rapid. It is of theoretical and practical significance to discuss the development trend and evolution law of Xinjiang aviation network. Based on the information data of Xinjiang Airlines and flights in 2015 and 2019, this paper analyzes the spatial pattern and evolution characteristics of Xinjiang aviation network from three scales of Xinjiang, domestic and international by using GIS spatial analysis method based on O-D network. The results show that: 1) The connection between Xinjiang internal and domestic routes is greatly enhanced and the flight growth rate is very high, while the number of international routes has little change and the growth rate of flights is very low; 2) The Xinjiang internal route network has the trend of expanding from northwest to Southeast. The northern Xinjiang route is closer than the southern Xinjiang, and the whole Xinjiang route is more and more closely connected. Urumqi plays a regional role; 3) Xinjiang has basically realized the full coverage of routes to provincial capitals and first and second-tier cities in China and has always maintained close flight exchanges with Beijing, Shaanxi, Sichuan and Henan; 4) The navigable cities are mainly concentrated in central and Western Asia, and the links with East Asia and Southeast Asia have been greatly enhanced in recent years.
