Practical Analysis of the Integration Mode of Teaching and Training of Aerobics in Colleges and Universities

With the progress and development of the society, the level of education and teaching in colleges and universities is also constantly improving, and they pay more and more attention to the discussion about the new teaching mode. In the teaching of aerobics in colleges and universities, how to realize the integration mode of teaching and training is considered to be a long-term and complex but practical work.
