The individual is the unity of nature and sociality, and sociality is the essential attribute of the individual. Induced by using high power, speech and school discipline rules of three kinds of external forces that affect the students’ physical behavior, mood, emotion and value faith three kinds of internal factors, so as to make the students on the basis of the “natural person” socialization, into a “social person”, conforming to the need of the society and realize the discipline of education.
