%X the surgical technique used from 1990 in the "celia s¨¢nchez manduley" clinical surgical teaching provincial hospital in manzanillo, gramma province to carry out the gastrectomy together with the standard lymphadenectomy in patients carriers of a gastric adenocarcinoma, allowing application of the current oncologic and surgical concepts of the japanese society for research of gastric cancer, essential to obtain a better prognosis in these patients.
