%X lichen sclerosus is an inflammatory disease, benign, chronic, of unknown aetiology. it has been linked with many factors such as autoimmune, genetic, hormonal and infectious diseases, as well as trauma. there are two clinical types of this disease: genital and extra-genital. the most frequent in both sexes is the genital form. we present a rare case of extra-genital localization with bullous and haemorrhagic manifestations that co-existed with late atrophic plaques, previously undiagnosed.
