%X epidermoid cyst is a sac with benign characteristic that originates from embrionary ectoderm. histologically consists in a thin layer of squamous epithelium. epidermoid cyst of the cecum are exceptionally rare. we report a case of an epidermoid cyst arising in the anterior wall of the cecum, in a woman with no previous history of surgery, and review of the literature are presented.
