%0 Journal Article %T Salvando el abismo: Lenguaje y realidad en filosof¨ªa de la historia despu¨¦s de Hayden White %A Lavagnino %A Nicol¨¢s %J Revista latinoamericana de filosof£¿-a %D 2010 %I Scientific Electronic Library Online %X the philosophy of history has paid increasing attention in recent times to the importance of the linguistic devices that contribute to give account of the past in common. this "linguistic" direction finds one of its better exponents in the narrativism of hayden white, which has been more recently defied by critical considerations about what it supposedly implies, specifically in what is related with the linkages between language and the "nonlinguistic reality". these considerations postulate conversely a "turn to the experience". the present article aspires to expose under new light the narrativist proposal and also wants to reveal the contradictions of the "experiencialist" turn, in the attempt to reconstruct the relations between historical language and reality avoiding the apparently inevitable tensions motivated by the concept of representation. %K narrativism %K experience %K representation %K language %K reality. %U http://www.scielo.org.ar/scielo.php?script=sci_abstract&pid=S1852-73532010000100004&lng=en&nrm=iso&tlng=en
