%X this article aims to show levinasiana reflection on death and its relationship with time. the starting point is a critical dialogue with heidegger, which, according to l¨¦vinas, wanted to think from the time of death from the anguish of nothingness, of being so finite. l¨¦vinas proposes an investment: think about death from time. this may done only renouncing the idea of being and, by implication, a person from scratch. the proposal is to think levinasiana positivity death from anguish and not only see the negative of it when killing the other or let die.
