We employ the new method of contraction mapping principle to investigate the stability of impulsive cellular neural networks with time-varying delays. Some novel and concise sufficient conditions are presented to ensure the existence and uniqueness of a solution and the global exponential stability of the considered system at the same time. These conditions are easily checked and do not require the differentiability of delays. %K neural network %K fixed point %K global exponential stability %K delay %K impulse %U http://www.advancesindifferenceequations.com/content/2013/1/23/abstract
