%X Creation of informatization strategy requires adjustment of its content to the existing standards, as well as principles of the contemporary market. A good practice is to use the worked out solutions and recommendations that have already been applied for a long time in IT companies, being the potential suppliers of IT solutions. The work focuses on the concept of using IT service, coming from ITIL library as a point of reference in evaluation of informatization alternatives, as well as communication between the IT supplier and recipient.
