The hypothesis of the moderating role of rumination is based on the results of the researches on depression and the experimental researches on rumination. The description of these researches and conclusions derived from them are placed in the first part of the article. The second part is the analysis of potential mechanisms of the rumination impact on LH deficits. These different mechanisms leads to different predictions that are empirically verifiable. %K rumination %K learned helplessness %K learned helplessness susceptibility %U http://versita.metapress.com/content/fm073j63880g4389/?p=3aea69e705fb4ae3bc6d6eefcab71374&pi=4
