This paper presents the most important issues concerning comprehension of intuition and assessment of its usefulness. Moreover, the paper determines the significance of intuition in the decision making processes from the point of view of enterprises. It presents the results of the research analysis which are aimed at diagnosing the conditions of using intuition in problematic situations.
