%0 Journal Article %T The Quality of Hospital Services in A Multidimensional Approach %J American Journal of Economics %@ 2166-496X %D 2013 %I %R 10.5923/j.economics.20130302.09 %X The paper is a synthetic version of the broader study, which the authors have done within the scope of the project funded by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education. Its aim was to propose a comprehensive method for assessing the quality of service of public utility entities. More precisely it can be said that the goal was to a designate a model that regardless of the type and area of activity of public utility entities will allow to assess their work in the same way, using the same method in each of the proposed dimensions.
