The article supports previous evidence that, even in host environments with high cultural distance and constraining employment frameworks, humanistic planning, humanistic are able to find room for humanistic management maneuver. In other words, as has been suggested elsewhere, every national organizational system even one as constrained humanistic strategic factors as organizational important principle contains some degree of malleability and openness which may be exploited through appropriate organization specific managerial strategies for humanistic management.
