向燕 %A 李建光 %A 杨兴 %A 关梅 %A 胡世然 %J 水生态学杂志 %D 2012 %I %X To understand the underlying mechanisms of microbial products in remediation of aquaculture environment,the bacterial communities in the overlay water and surface sediment of three aquaculture ponds,which were exposed to different microbial products or nothing as the control pond,were analyzed with polymerase chain reaction-denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis(PCR-DGGE) method.The results showed that the DGGE profiles of water samples changed marginally after application of microbial product,indicated that the community composition of bacteria in the overlay water was less influenced by the microbial product.The bacterial communities in the treated ponds varied much more than that in the control pond during the whole experiment period.The community composition of bacteria in the surface sediment shifted significantly after application of effective microorganisms(3 000 g/hm2) and Bacillus(750 g/hm2) within two days,and then remained relatively stable,yet less variation was observed in the control pond as well as the pond receiving effective microorganisms(3 000 g/hm2) and photosynthetic bacteria(1 500 g/hm2) during the whole experiment period. %K microbial product %K bacteria communities %K waters %K sediment
