On this basis, the acting mechanism was explored by using the microarray technology of whole-genome of drosophila and bioinformatics data analysis techniques. The results indicated that Acanthopanax senticosus has effect on the sleep improvement of drosophila models through the co-regulation of many genes, such as dco, slo, Nos and DopR2. %K Acanthopanax senticosus %K Drosophila melanogaster %K sleep %K Genechip
