孙 兰 %A 林 楠 %A 范震宇 %A 王振中 %A 吴 云 %A 尚 强 %A 萧 伟 %J 世界科学技术-中医药现代化 %D 2012 %I %X This study was aimed to evaluate the analgesic effect of effective fractions of Tianshu capsule(TSC) on migraine animal model.Mechanism of effective fractions of TSC in the treatment of migraine was also investigated from the aspect of neurobiochemical metabolic disorders.Healthy SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups,which were the normal control group,model group,sibelium group,TSC group and three dosage groups of effective fractions of TSC.Each group contained 10 rats.Experimental migraine animal model was duplicated by subcutaneous injection of nitroglycerin(NTG).In the study,behavioral response of rats in 60 minutes was observed,and contents of NO,NOS,β-EP and calcitonin gene related peptide(CGRP) in blood and brain were detected in 6 hours.The results showed that in TSC group and the high-dosage and medium-dosage group of effective fractions of TSC,the animal head-scratching frequency was significantly decreased.The content of NOS and NO in blood and brain tissue were significantly reduced.The content of β-EP in brain tissues was obviously increased.And the content of CGRP was significantly decreased.This effect is able to maintain an equilibrium level.It was concluded that the effective fractions of TSC can relieve symptoms of migraine through its function of adjusting contents of NOS,NO,β-EP and CGRP. %K Tianshu capsule %K NO %K β-EP %K calcitonin gene related peptide(CGRP) %K migraine
