李可柏 %A 陈森发 %J 系统科学与数学 %D 2010 %I %X In view of the growing and periodic urban water demand, the discrete-time control model of investment in urban water supply and demand system is established. The accuracy of the estimating parameters of urban water management system may be uncertain or time-varying. For effective satisfying urban water demand under the condition, a compensator is designed according to internal model principle, which is proved feasible. Then the robust control is implemented on the system with the compensator. On the basis of urban water demand prediction and reasonable control of urban water supply investment, the given goal value of urban water surplus supply capacity can be approximated gradually accurate and the system is robust. %K Discrete-time system %K robust control %K pole placement %K water resources %K investment
