化学镀Ni-P和Ni-Cu-P合金耐蚀性研究 %A 方信贤 %J 腐蚀科学与防护技术 %D 2010 %I %X The effect of CuSO4 content of the bath on the composition, microstructure and thermal stability of electroless Ni-Cu-P coating was examined by SEM with EDAX.The anticorrosion properties of Ni-P and Ni-Cu-P coatings were compared by the standard salt spray and erosion corrosion test in a solution of 20% H2SO4+20 g/LAl2O3.The results show that the thermal stability, corrosion resistance and erosion corrosion resistance of Ni-Cu-P alloy coating were all superior to those of electroless Ni-P alloy coating %K electroless Ni-P alloy %K electroless Ni-Cu-P alloy %K corrosion resistance %K erosion corrosion %K thermal stability
