The three dimensional numerical simulation of geo-stress field in Tanhai is carried out according to the geo-stress measuring. The three-dimensional geo-stress field is given. It is pointed out that on the whole the high geo-stress is consistent with the high migration potential, and the low potential area is favorable for the formation of the oil field.
