In the previous research of separation efficiency and pressure loss of the hydrocylone, we presented the design method of optimized combination of hydrocyclone. In order to verify the design method for the separation performance of microparticles, we design a hydrocyclone according to the design parameters of various structures and the principle of reasonable selection with optimized combination. We have got the results of separation efficiency, cut size and pressure loss by the research of separating Gypsum from the water, which verifies the separation performance of optimized combination of hydrocyclone. %K hydrocyclone %K separation efficiency %K cut size %K pressure loss
