%X Ten new species of Phomopsis on woody plants in Hunan Province are reported. They are Phomopsis camptothecae, Ph. chimonanthi, Ph. eucommiicola, Ph. lagerstroemiae, Ph. loropetali, Ph. magnolina, Ph. pittospori, Ph podocarpi, Ph. punicicola and Ph. ziziphicola. The differences between the new and the similar species in morphology and/or ITS sequences are discussed. Latin diagnoses and microscopic figures of these new species are provided. Type specimens are deposited in the Mycological Herbarium of South China Agricultural University (SCHM), Guangzhou.
