%X Video coding technology is the key of wireless video monitoring technology. This paper presents a system that it based on the video compression Andorid platform optimization design of the code.It Introduce the Android system and its application development. Moreover, this paper expounds the traditional H. 264 coding modes selection thought, and the authors describe the modes selection optimization method. Use Android platform combined with DSP chip realize H. 264 coding,Through contrast test, optimizing code in the fidelity and, to some extent, improve the speed of the algorithm.
