郭纯 %A 陈建敏 %A 姚润钢 %A 周健松 %A 张世堂 %J 摩擦学学报 %D 2013 %I %X Ti3Al intermetallic compound coating was in situ synthesized on pure Ti substrate by laser cladding.The composition and microstructure of the fabricated coating was analyzed by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and high resolution transmission electron microscopy.The tribological properties of Ti3Al intermetallic compound coating were examined by UMT-2MT tester at different normal loads and sliding speeds. The results show that Ti3Al intermetallic compound coating was mainly composed of Ti3Al phase. The Ti3Al intermetallic compound coating was metallurgically bonded to the titanium substrate, and Ti3Al intermetallic compound coating had a dentritic microstructure. In addition, the Ti3Al intermetallic compound coating has a high microhardness about HV0.2530.The friction coefficient of the Ti3Al intermetallic compound coating decreased with increasing normal load and sliding speed. The wear volume of Ti3Al intermetallic compound coating increased with increasing normal load and sliding speed.Ti3Al intermetallic compound coating had excellent wear resistance than titanium substrate. %K titanium %K laser cladding %K Ti3Al intermetallic compound %K tribology property
