In order to find out valuable concealed deposits in loess-covered areas with little geological information of the surface, taking the Shapoling Molybdenum Mine as an example, this paper presents how to use comprehensive geophysical prospecting methods including Gamma-ray survey, magnetic survey and high density resistivity method to conduct prospecting. The geophysical interpretation is made according to the partial extraction geochemical survey and the geological information. Then the promising mineralizing region is predicted and identified by the drilling.
