%0 Journal Article %T Modified KdV equations for solitary Rossby waves with nonlinear topography in barotropic fluids
具有非线性地形的正压流体中孤立Rossby波的mKdV方程 %A 宋健 %A 杨联贵 %J 地球物理学进展 %D 2010 %I %X The modify Korteweg-de Vries (mKdV) equations, governing the evolution of the amplitude of solitary Rossby waves, are derived from the quasi-geostrophic vorticity equation by using the weakly nonlinear method and perturbation method.
