This paper is to discuss and find out main factors in Programme Enrollment Intention (PEI) for tertiary level students in independent variables of curriculum, administrative easiness and pricing. Regression analysis was used to study the causal relationship between PEI and independent variables. The findings indicate that curriculum and administrative easiness are two factors that have significant influence towards PEI.
