%X Mobile communications spectrum is a scarce and essential resource as it is required to satisfy customer demand for telecommunications. Spectrum as a resource if used efficiently can incur maximum economic value for an economy. The aim of this research is to provide a general analytical frameworks and mobile communication spectrum value estimation models that can be utilized to estimate spectrum value. The outcome of this research is to assist National Regulatory Authorities (NRA) in getting a fair value for spectrum in order to ensure that mobile communication spectrum is utilized for high economic value generating technologies.
