The paper focuses on the modelingrisk using Bayesian associated analysis technique as acomplements tool for Probabilistic Risk Assessments(PRA). Examining the likelihood of event occurrencethrough fault tree analysis, this methodology evaluatescenarios which can emerge taking account of themore complex causal interrelationships. The proposedmethod tries to solve a risk assessment problemthrough analysis and modeling the influences of thecritical operating parameters in the high hazard, lowrisk system such as the nuclear plant. The case ofstudy, developed in terms of operational performanceof a nuclear power plant validates, analytically andexperimentally, the effectiveness of the proposedmethod for quantifying risk in systems. %K risk %K quantification %K system %K configuration %K probability %K dependability %U http://electroinf.uoradea.ro/reviste%20CSCS/documente/JEEE_2010/JEEE_Vol_3_Nr_1_May_2010.pdf
