O. %J Economics of Development %D 2012 %I Kharkiv National University of Economics %X Modern conditions of formation, development and operation of enterprises are placing new demands on teaching in management. One of the ways to improve the educational process of future managers is active using of modern organizational forms of teaching, especially training. The main principal in teaching managers is focusing on labor market demands and to provide to master such knowledge, skills and abilities that will most quickly adapt to the profession. Traditionally, the learning process is based on such types of lessons as lectures, practical, seminars and laboratory classes. All these forms of teaching help to form basic knowledge and skills in a certain direction. However, it is important not just to have theoretical knowledge and some kinds of skills, but the ability to use them in practice. That¡¯s why it is important to use different interactive forms and training technologies in studying process of contemporary professionals, including managers.
