Smachylo %J Economics of Development %D 2012 %I Kharkiv National University of Economics %X In order to evaluate staff efficiency a method of qualifying estimates is used, which is based on calculation of average coefficients which represent qualification of particular workers. However it is known that work efficiency depends not only on employees¡¯ qualification but also on what kind of qualification is necessary for the enterprise. That is, enterprise work efficiency depends on both qualification that is offered by workers, and the requirements for qualification which is essential for enterprise activity. It is common knowledge that any enterprise can work effectively if it employs workers with the qualification which complies with practical requirements of the enterprise taking into account its production technology.Insufficient or too high qualification of workers can lead to productivity decrease of the enterprise. The method of estimation of employees¡¯ qualification influence on enterprise activity is described. The equations with criteria which analyze optimal management of dynamic system including the change of qualification among certain workers during production are suggested. The described model gives means to develop supporting tool for taking decisions when managing staff structure from the standpoint of employees¡¯ qualification. %K mathematical model %K equilibrium %K dynamic change %K criterion of optimality %K integral %U http://www.ed.ksue.edu.ua/ER/knt/ee123_63/e123sma.pdf
