%X Whereas Chinese compulsory education designates the scope of people, it fails to accomplish the objective of nurturing a qualified person. The plasticity, generality and universality should be the basis of the education of a qualified person. The objective of the compulsory education is not only the theoretical conception, but also speaks for the common demands of family, school, and society. La plasticit¨¦, la g¨¦n¨¦ralit¨¦ et l¡¯universalit¨¦ devrait ¨ºtre la base de l¡¯¨¦ducation d¡¯une personne qualifi¨¦e.
