%0 Journal Article %T Restructuring: definition analysis %A Vynnyk %A Tetyana Mykhaylivna %J Soc¨¬al£¿no-ekonom¨¬£¿n¨¬ Problem¨¬ ¨¬ Der£¿ava %D 2012 %I Ternopil Ivan Pul'uj National Technical University and Academy of Social Management %X The essence of restructuring is defined as the internal structure changes, whichchoice depends on deviation of production process, structure of organization, structure and qualityof property, structure of capital for the enterprise future active development or search of theoptimal status. The following features of restructuring are distinguished: the economic potentialgrowth of the enterprise; changes of the internal structure irrespectively of the reason ofrestructuring; eliminating (maximum limitation) the negative influence of external factors on thefinancial state of enterprise. The non-restructuring measures are systemized; the trends ofreforming are differentiated. Restructuring, technical reequipping, reconstruction, andmodernization are structural reforms. Privatization, nationalization, and reprivatization are basicreforms.
