Data collection wasconducted through questionnaires sent by emailto the institutions Observations were made basedon qualitative analysis, focusing on the control ofits records and information retrieval. Concludes bypresenting the relevant aspects and suggestimprovements to apply to the institutionsmentioned here, the reflections contributinglibrary sciences.
