%X The violence, conflicts and wars, along with the modern sciences and technology,represent the biggest public safety treat of the contemporary world. Therefore, in thepresent time the questions of peace and safety are considered in an entirely newcontext, and humanity is trying to find ways, methods and paths through which it willmake peace a real possibility. One of the most significant initiatives for peace andpublic safety, under the leadership of the world¡¯s top scientist, are the ¡°PugwashConferences for Science and World Affairs¡± whose initiatives represent one of the mostsignificant ideas that influence the creators of world politics.
