Cyril and Methodius University, Skopje %X The goal of this article is to identify and discus with relevant methodology main theories of Security. Using the comparative approach on classical and modern theories, it has been derived that term Security is best described in international concepts. Neoliberalism and Neorealism gradually develop conclusion on necessity of introduction of systemic aspects to the basic variables expanding approach with collective dependent variables. Security canhere be defind as the Multivariational term, on which relevant Operational Ressearch, and in first place programming, can be of particulary high relevance.
