%X Objectives. To explore the concept of the archival context of document production parallel to that of their destruction. The study focuses primarily on private documents produced since the sixteenth century. A second objective is to identify how sets of archives can promote different strategies of conservation and of social identity via writing and the archive. -- Methodology. An integrated approach is proposed based on archival descriptions and the Social History of Written Culture in an attempt at identifying the places, times, methods, practices, results and representations associated with the production and destruction of archival records. -- Results. The comparison of the multiple ambits in which the personal writing of feelings occurs can significantly enrich the discourse of the so-called archival context. This is concerned with many aspects and features that reveal the circumstances of the writing and of the records in the private domain (sentimental and administrative) down the centuries.Objetivos. Profundizar en el concepto de contexto de producci車n de documentos de archivo paralelamente al de destrucci車n. El 芍mbito de estudio se centra en el registro documental principalmente privado desde los siglos xvi en adelante. Un segundo objetivo es identificar c車mo los conjuntos archiv赤sticos promueven diversas estrategias de conservaci車n y de identidad social por v赤a de escritura y archivo. -- Metodolog赤a. Se propone una visi車n integradora desde la Archiv赤stica pero tambi谷n desde la Historia Social de la Cultura Escrita con objeto de identificar los espacios, tiempos, modos, pr芍cticas, resultados y representaciones de la producci車n y la eliminaci車n de testimonios archiv赤sticos. -- Resultados. La comparaci車n de m迆ltiples 芍mbitos en los que la escritura personal del sentimiento se hizo evidente, permite enriquecer notablemente el discurso del llamado contexto archiv赤stico, incidiendo en m迆ltiples aspectos y detalles que ampl赤an las circunstancias en las que escribir y registrar el dominio privado (sentimental y administrativo) se prolongaron durante siglos.
