When searching for information by using mobile devices, users¡¯ exercises (e.g., walking and standing) and their situations (e.g., commuting in themorning and going out downtown in the evening) continuously changeand this change may affect their concentration on the display of mobile devices and their information needs. Therefore, search systems should provide users with an amount of information suitable for their activities and with a typeof information suitable for their situations. We present the design and implementation of ainformation searchsystem considering mobile users¡¯ activities and situations, which aims to reduce users¡¯ load of operations in information searching. Our system recognizes user¡¯s activities and switches between two kinds of information search systems according to the user¡¯s activity. %K Accelerometer %K Context Recognition %K Menu Based %K Location Based %K Activity Selection %U http://www.ijecse.org/wp-content/uploads/2013/01/Volume-2Number-1PP-353-359.pdf
