%X El presente trabajo es el resultado de reflexiones de las autoras en torno al examen de la importancia del conocimiento organizacional, como activo intangible, para el desarrollo de la actual sociedad. El objetivo principal es enunciar y establecer v赤nculos entre los enfoques de algunas de las corrientes de pensamiento que han declarado su visi車n hacia el conocimiento en el entorno laboral. Se declara adem芍s c車mo la mirada que realizan estas corrientes potencia el significado e impacto del conocimiento al ofrecer explicaciones que resignifican su alcance, pues declaran al conocimiento como un lazo que favorece los v赤nculos sociales. This work is the result of reflections of the authors about the examination of the importance of organizational knowledge as intangible asset for the development of modern society. The main objective is to articulate and establish links between the approaches of some of the schools of thought that have declared their vision to knowledge in the workplace. It further states that perform like watching these streams, enhances the meaning and impact of knowledge to the significance to their role in the cognitive framework that is generated by the knowledge intervention.
