%X Al considerar la necesidad de los profesionales de la salud de disponer de v赤as de colaboraci車n e intercambio con colegas pares, se realizaron pruebas de colaboraci車n virtual apoyados en las bondades que ofrece el servicio Elluminate Live, o simplemente Elluminate, para la transmisi車n de im芍genes, el cual est芍 disponible a trav谷s de la red de Infomed. La evaluaci車n de los pacientes a trav谷s de esta sala de discusi車n virtual permiti車 el an芍lisis de casos complejos para el diagn車stico prenatal con la participaci車n de expertos en medicina fetal, y se plantearon en cada uno posibilidades diagn車sticas y conductas a seguir. Elluminate provee una opci車n alternativa de Telemedicina con pocos recursos y facilita la valoraci車n de im芍genes hasta en lugares de dif赤cil acceso, con la participaci車n de especialistas de alto nivel. Las facilidades de esta herramienta, pueden extenderse a la transmisi車n de im芍genes en cualquier especialidad m谷dica que requiera opini車n de expertos, intercambio interdisciplinario y toma de decisiones oportunas.
