%X In this study, resistance improvement of E.coli, isolated from patients that applied to clinics in Kahramanmara , against ¦Â-Lactam antibiotics, was investigated. Antibiograms were carried out to determine the resistance of E.coli strains. For antibiyogram, with ¡®The Kirby-Bower¡®s Disk Diffusion Method¡¯ was applies. In result, Ceftizoxime (%70.58) and Imipenem (%55.88 ) were appeared as the most effective antibiotics about inhibition of E.coli growing and Ampicilin (%98.52) was appeared as the least effective antibiotics.
