Majid %J International Journal of Engineering %D 2011 %I Computer Science Journals %X Due to the present high oil prices, prices fluctuations and their future upwardtrend, some investments can be now directed to the utilization of solar and otherrenewable energy systems, such as hydrogen cells and cyclic hydro systems. Itis believed that the infrastructure of these systems is particularly feasiblethrough the already large constructions and investments in real estate industrythroughout GCC countries. It is also feasible in rural areas such as farms andsmall villages due to the relatively low power demand and load characteristics. This can also lead to the disintegration, liberalization and privatization of energysystems. The electric energy and power disintegration of such smallcorporations would save resources, reduce interactions and increase reliability. This paper focuses on suggested new regulations needed to control theutilization of renewable energy systems in rural areas in order to make benefit ofhigh oil prices. It also focuses on the category and types of renewable energysystems that can be implemented in this project. %K Oil price %K Solar system %K Investment %K PV-Utility %K Housing Complexes %K Infrastructure %K Ring Distribution %U http://cscjournals.org/csc/manuscript/Journals/IJE/volume5/Issue1/IJE-219.pdf
