%X The Andalusian Public Health System (SSPA) isconsidering the last time an attempt urgent processmanagement through triage consultation, both hospitaland primary care environment and tables situations inwhich the nurse responsible for these consultations cancarry out a final statement of which only she is directlyresponsible through their independent intervention andreferral (Triage Advanced). Pose, at once and consistentlyto the idea of teamwork, where they can be the limits tothat intervention finalist and the circuits to follow.This paper proposes a definition line of one of thosesituations through triage concepts universally tested, andtakes full advantage of advanced practice profile offeredby nurses Device Critical Care (DCCU) of the SSPA andany the emerging legal and regulatory framework in termsof standardized collaborative prescription, us knowlegitimate receivers. This work stems from the vision ofprofessionals and our contribution to that line ofinstitutional work that must be consensus.
